Royal Mail have now issued their advice for postage this festive period. You can read the full advice HERE but in order to factor in us processing orders and getting them to the post office our last order dates are shown below. These dates are advisory only with the intention that items will arrive in time for Christmas. It is NOT a guarantee and we foresee a lot of delays this winter.
Postal services around the world continue to be seen as key workers but with the pandemic still very much in effect, a winter flu season approaching and the massive increase in volume that always happens around this time of year it is likely that staff shortages may contribute to service delays.
To avoid disappointment please make sure to get your orders in with plenty of time to spare. We will be completely closed between Christmas and New Year so will not be able to chase up on parcels or delays until we return in January.
The cut off for orders to be posted before we close will be 3pm UK time on 23rd December. Orders placed after this time will not be posted until after we get back in January. Orders should start to be shipped on Friday 7th January and although we don't currently foresee that changing please be aware that it might do.
