Whitfell Chunky 100% baby alpaca in Damson (500g pack)
Snuggly, soft, and warm chunky baby alpaca; perfect for winter. This shade is Damson - the perfect purple.
This yarn creates a gorgeous drapey fabric. Knitting/crocheting garments can feel heavy whilst in progress, but they're not heavy to wear, and this yarn is perfect for Icelandic Lopi-style sweaters. Being worsted-spun reduces the amount of pilling, and means it has good stitch definition.
The bag in the photo is our Lucy Fisher bag pattern - it's a lovely roomy and sturdy bag with gorgeous wooden handles.
