Lucky Dip Cowl by Victoria Magnus: Like the 4ply version, this cowl is a simple and fun project that uses a Lucky Dip of 10 DK Yarnlings™ which you can get from THIS page on our website. ECY DK Yarnlings™ are 10g balls in a mix of all our DK weight bases with approx 21-25yds per ball. The pattern is also available on the blog HERE.

This product is for a kit to make your own version of this design. 

Kit includes:
- One 50g ball of Milburn DK™ yarn in Compost
- 10 DK Yarnling™ Lucky Dip Pack (100g)
- Optional ECY cotton drawstring project bag. Select with or without a project bag in the dropdown menu.
- Digital download of the pattern. This will be sent as a link in a separate email.

4.5mm / US 7 40cm circular needles (or the size needed to obtain the correct gauge).

Gauge

This is a loose gauge which creates a nice drapey fabric, which goes well with the more tubular shape of this cowl (compared to the 4ply one). You might want to try 5mm needles if you are a tight-ish knitter.
