Before you email me please read this page as most queries can be answered in the information below.

I am really busy producing yarn and doing all the admin around it so it can take a while for me to answer emails. Please use emails and not social media as notifications are unreliable and your message may get missed amongst other notifications etc.
My office hours are 9am - 5pm (UK hours) Monday to Friday.

If there's no more of your dyelot left on the website then it is sold out. 
I can often dye more of the same colourway on the same yarn base but it will be a different dyelot and might not be a precise match. The website is updated regularly and you can see what's in stock there:

If you're wondering if a yarn type will come back into stock then chances are the answer is yes, if you're after a specific colour please let me know. Note that we cannot currently ship to the EU except Germany due to new regulations.

***WHOLESALE***
Please sign up for a customer account and let me know, I will assign it as a wholesale one and then you'll be able to browse and order the wholesale yarns and colours directly from the website. I will also email you the full wholesale info. 

If you have an order that hasn't arrived yet but has been dispatched, please see the shipping info above. UK orders all have tracking numbers so you can track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you. If you can't find your email please check your spam/junk folder and add me to your address book for future reference.
